The July Club Meeting is this next saturday, the 11th at 7:00 P.M. StarBQ precedes at 6:00 P.M. featuring fresh grilled hamburgers. Board meeting precedes it all at 5:00, P.M.
Programming for the meeting will be an in-depth review of 3 deep sky objects for binoculars and telescopes by Darrell Heath. Rocky Togni, will present on Globular Clusters, their classes, the AL Globular Cluster Award, and how a Globular Marathon could be done. In addition, we will review the developing plans for the Library Telescope and have a short update on light pollution front.
Board meeting agenda items will include mid-year revision of the Club Budget, the future of The Berrington Trust and plans for the Library Telescope Project, the upcoming Perseid shower and lunar eclipse (see below) among other topics. As always members are invited to attend.
