Buffalo River Star Party – Tyler Bend – September 7 or 8
7:00 PM – Amphitheater, observing/sky watching basics program followed by a primer on light pollution.
8:00 PM – South end of group camping site demonstrating the types and use of scopes and binoculars.
8:30 PM – Tour of the Fall Sky.
9:00 – 11:00 PM – telescopic views of the Spring sky. The hardly may wish to lay about afterwards and spot a few Lyrid meteors.8th is a rain date for the 7th.
