Maria Porter-Hehnke has recently upgraded her equipment and as a result has this fine 8″ SCT for sale. This CPC 800 comes with a battery pack, solar filter, tripod, and many other filters and several eyepieces. Maria and her husband, Paul, are asking $1200 for it all. A very nice price. Central Arkansas Astronomical Society members will share views of the moon and other bright celestial objects through their telescopes. Please come join us, dress warmer than you think, and don’t wear clothes or shoes that light up.
Presentations will precede the observation session, covering what will be observed and how best to enjoy the event.

Join us on the second Saturday of each month at 7 PM (March through October) or 6PM the rest of the year. Either in person at the RRO or via Zoom. The meeting details will be available to all members and to members of the public who ask a few days beforehand.
