Photographed the companion of Antares using the coolpix on the 18". Stacked about 30 of the best frames. The companion is very dificult to see in a telescope not because it is so close to its primary, but because it is so much dimmer. However on this night it was visible visually as well at about 300x. Magnitudes: 1.06 and 5.4. Separation: 2.52" Viewed: 260 times.
