Arkansas Times Article

The "Arkansas Times" in its December 18, 2008 edition devotes its
cover article "Light at Night" to the serious problem of light
pollution.  CAAS members and International Dark-Sky
Association-Arkansas Section (IDA-AR) co-founders Wade Van Arsdale and
Jim Fisher are quoted in the article entitled "Bring back the dark."
